Content and duration of the courses
Training seminars FINIA / FINSA / MLA: These 4-hour training sessions are intended to provide financial intermediaries subject to the MLA and the legal provisions of the FINSA/FINIA, mainly asset management companies, with ongoing training on all regulatory aspects concerning financial institutions.
MLA/FINIA Training Seminars: These 4-hour training sessions are designed to provide financial intermediaries subject to the MLA and the legal provisions of the FINIA, and mainly trustee companies, with further training on all regulatory aspects concerning financial institutions.
Typical training requirements according to the Supervisory Bodies

- Asset Management Companies (qualified managers)
- First year of authorisation: ½ day regulatory training
- Subsequent years : 1 day/year regulatory training and professional and technical knowledge training
